Nothingness ain't nothing.
I first heard of Temple Grandin from reading Oliver Sacks' book "An Anthropologist on Mars". Of all the case-studies in that book, Temple's story is the one that has stuck most in my mind over the years, and made me cry.
I know of her from an ABC doco which was recently repeated. I could not believe her performance with the cows. I should read that book.
I saw the book on my bookshelf this morning, and I'm going to re-read Temple's story very soon. I think you'll love it.
