There is a great truth in this. Once I came to that existentialist epiphany that "it's all bullshit, nothing is true", I felt a lot freer. I still do. We live, we die, what happens in-between is only so significant. It's the choice of the individual to leave their mark and create meaning in an abyss that had none before we came-along. We--and all life--ARE that meaning.
Great philosophers of the past also referred to the falseness of life. I fantasize about life having a secret purpose. Like the seperation of judiciary and executive. This seperation happens at infinitely many scales. Like body-mind. I imagine a great force behind existence. I am too shy to call it God. I like Rumi a lot. A mystic. It is his 800th this year.
"Self" seems to be the focus of everything. It also seems to be an infinite fractal. I imagine it's primary mantra to be "Will is free". As if reality is what you make of it. There is great freedom in this kind of thought. Another thing I noticed about reality is it's infinite grace.
